1. Go for a run.
2. Have a cuddle with a loved one.
3. Cuddle with a baby or pet.
4. Take a bath/shower.
5. Do some yoga.
6. Jot down three things you worried about that did not happen as you thought they might.
7. Find something to laugh about on social media.
8. Propel yourself to the future and look backwards.
9. Put something that is out of place in its place.
10. Drop your shoulders and do a neck roll.
Try some of these simple techniques, you may find more benefit than you think!
